Review on πŸ‹οΈ Agility Ladder Training Kit: 6 Sports Cones, 2 Agility Drills eBook, and Carry Case by Anthony Shields

Revainrating 5 out of 5

At 12, he reads the game better than me.

We have received the agility ladder and downloaded the e-book. My son is 12 years old and has grown 7 cm in the last year. In late fall, I worried that he was still asking his body for forgiveness, which the boy takes for granted. He is active in football, basketball and soccer. To help him avoid injury, we started training two days a week. He is motivated and comes to see me on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 a.m. Every day we meet two body parts. We hold it with light weights, high reps, and focus on the full range of motion. Two weeks ago, when basketball was over, he told me he wanted to switch from defense and tackles to tight end and defensive end. At 12, he reads the game better than I did as an adult. We started developing a game plan for how to get him there, and one of the tools that we felt was absolutely essential was the Agility Ladder. Our goal is to harness its speed by introducing control and agility. He must learn to support his new weight with the new expected demands of the position. When we get to the NFL we will yell at you! I hope this was worthy feedback. We already used it yesterday morning. Started slow but he likes it. He is angry that his old man is still faster than him. He'll catch up to me soon, but passing me is another story.
