I like best how user friendly it is and how easily you can customize the screens to fit your needs for both internal use as well as client requirements (like what items are tracked, etc.) It also provides multiple levels of security access so there's no worry about one employee having too much access or an outsider hacking into the site. We have recently started using this software because we were looking at other products but found out after going through their demo website that they had better features than anything else out there. The pricing was not bad either since we did end up saving money compared with others out there which still provided more options/features for us to choose from. For now we're satisfied. If there are issues that arise while managing our fleet then we will update this review accordingly if necessary. Our company has used this product mainly because it helps track inventory very accurately and allows for easy changes without any downtime. Also it makes sure all transactions are updated correctly in real time and saves us significant amount of paper work. I like how easy it is to make changes, as well as how many helpful people are out there with questions and support for the software. Some of the features are not as intuitive as they should be. For example, you need some sort of training to figure out how to access them. If you're looking for an easy to use and effective warehouse management system, this one has plenty of useful tools. It's pretty easy to navigate and learn. We've been able to keep costs down and save time by using the software.
