Large glass bottles but a bit too thick

Of the sizes I could find in clear form, this was a great size for my amigurumi projects. I can go to Joanna and get some glitter paper and cut out the eyes to fit and glue them in the eye holes and on the pin of the clear eyecup. The eyes are very transparent due to good production, but so thick that it gives the eye a sparkling bottle effect, like thick glasses. So if you look at an angle in the eyes, the color is not visible.
