Looking for switches for some equipment on the boat and picked them up as they are listed as waterproof. It's even in the title. However, they fail when exposed to moisture. Also 2 out of 5 didn't work from the start. 1 worked less than 2 weeks and after 1 minute of exposure it stopped working. The labels are incorrect and can cause wiring and safety problems if proper procedures are not followed. Finally, the mounting piece is not very long, which means they can only be mounted on a very thin surface. So now I have 2 switches left out of 5 and for the price I paid for what I can use I had to go the other way. I cannot recommend these at all.
