Seems cheap. We'll see

Hmm. Seems cheaply made. We'll see if it lasts. Cut the hole for this very tight! Use a new sharp multi tool saw. Be very accurate on your cut. There is maybe a strong 1/16 of an inch of plate lip on the sides. Also did not come with mounting screws.so you'll need small painted white wood screws.
