I bought 3 of these cameras on the recommendation of a friend. I've been buying/using cell phone trail cameras for about 10 years and I'm pretty knowledgeable about the capabilities of trail cameras and cell phone trail cameras. I am currently using 4 different brands of cell phone cameras on my farm and have had problems with 2/3 of my SpyPoint cameras. Customer service is ok if you can reach them by phone but they are definitely foreigners and reading the answer book. I've spent more time and energy getting these cameras working, replacing them, or just getting stuck than any other venture I can think of. There are MUCH better options out there for the same price, and I would be willing to pay more to troubleshoot these cameras. The time, frustration, gas money, etc. I spent getting these SpyPoint cameras working I could buy a few more cameras from another manufacturer. If you're lucky and don't have any problems, I hope you don't have any problems when the main hunting season comes around. Your RMA process has a terrible delay during a turnaround. I'm trying again to replace my 2 month old camera. I've been on hold for 49 minutes (so far).
