Review on StarTech.com USB Powered Dual Port VGA KVM Switch - 2 Port USB VGA Cable KVM Switch with Remote Switch (SV211USB), Black by Angel Scully

I've been an IOGear user for many years, but one day I upgraded my computer and the hotkeys stopped working. IOGear tells me that they cannot guarantee their KVM switches will work. Throw away IOGear and try Startech. Works perfectly. Even though it has a wired button to switch computers, I can still use the hotkey to switch computers. I am convinced of this product. There are two reasons I gave this product 4 stars instead of 5. First, the cables are very short. I had to move my server and laptop to connect to Startech KVM. It was real pain. The second issue is that the KVM switch doesn't seem to be able to wake up my laptop when I toggle it and use the mouse to try to wake it up. I have to press the power button to wake it up, which is non-trivial but I'll work with it as this KVM switch works pretty well.
