Everything was easy to set up and calibrate but when I tried to measure the pH it was below 2.3 which is clearly wrong. It was 6.3, tried to calibrate the pH side again and it never went above 4.5, so I understand the pH sensor is broken EC and TEMP were working fine :( UPDATE: I found out about my problem, the pH sensor was broken and I didn't notice it, I contacted support and they suggested charging the device fully which didn't work, then they said to try another sensor to check if the device didn't work is bad. The problem is not in the device as both the temp and EC/PPM sides are working fine! How can I check another pH sensor? They didn't send an extra one so it won't work. I have feel like i'm 80 dollars ar wasted it and now my plants probably won't survive because my other pH meter stopped working.
