These are really good strong peg brackets for road bikes. They come with 2 bolts, 2 nuts, 2 washers and a bent metal spring which is designed to keep tension on the pins to keep them from falling off. Bolts are also built into the collar assembly. Installation is easy and the results are great. I'm deducting a star because of the poor spring quality. It's not actually spring steel and needs to be bent to even work. I was afraid this would damage the chrome on the pins so I added a pair of tough white nylon washers. and everything is good. I paired them with Krator Harley Skull Pegs (B00W67SXBS).
