As many have said the screw holes are not perfectly aligned. But in my case, it took me literally 30 seconds with the file, and it rotated perfectly. For half the price I could find this part elsewhere, you just can't beat it. My old transmission mount was very worn and bent by hand very easily. Replacing this mount eliminated the acceleration wobble and improved clutch performance, making the car much lighter and more comfortable in every way.
