Review on πŸ”‡ Dynamat 21100 DynaPad 32x54x0.452" Thick Non-Adhesive Sound Deadener: Quality Insulation and Noise Reduction Solution by Jeff Warne

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Reduces low-frequency road noise.

-- Update -- If you're looking for clear sound, I'd say Dynamate is better on its own. I like that this Dynapad reduces overall cabin noise, but it does muffle the sound a bit. So I bought JKU pods for my Jeep to attach to the rear roll bar and detach the soundbar speakers, which point straight at the ground, where I think most of the sound is just about absorbed. in the Dynapad. The soundbar's speaker placement is definitely unfortunate, but I'm hoping that placing the rear speakers, which actually point across the cabin, will make a noticeable difference in allowing me to enjoy the benefits of both the Dynamat and Dynapad. ----- I don't know if adding my sound made it any better than just the Dynamate. I noticed a big difference after the dynamite I put in the doors as well. I've noticed less road noise after the Dynapad, but again I'm not sure the sound is any better. In fact, the sound may have gotten a bit muffled after the Dynapad, but I still like how my new head unit, amp, and speakers sound. Like a rental studio.
