In general, this watch meets almost all the needs of a runner

Everything I need from a running watch. Does it track multisport and cross training? Not explicitly. You need to hack something to keep track of activities other than running. But it does have a built-in heart rate sensor, which is a big plus for those who don't want to track all types of devices while running. You can also pair it with an ANT+-enabled third-party heart rate monitor or pedometer, but I find that it offers those features to my satisfaction on its own. It also tracks daily activity and sleep cycles (I have no idea how it can do that, I figured the only way to adequately monitor sleep would be to track brainwave activity, but what do I know). All in all, this watch meets almost all your needs as a runner i.e. pace, distance, time, intervals, incline etc. and also tracks your personal bests. Battery life is about average for a watch of this type, I suppose you could extend it a bit by turning off the heart rate sensor during a race, for example. I would highly recommend this watch to any runner who wants to track their performance.
