They really looked nice in the yard, while they lasted. The problem is that the contacts for the rechargable battery rust, so the light doesn't last long. The longest lasted 3 months, the shortest only a month. I recommend you buy a water resistant or water proof light. They may be sealed, but they will last MUCH longer.However, Solpex customer service contacted after reading my review and offered a replacement or refund, even though the failed order was not under warranty. I received the new lights right away, but can’t test them because it’s winter in Nebraska. So if it’s not snowing, a tornado is coming. Will wait until spring/summer.I have just put out my replacement lights, and they are working quite well, and are very bright. Color change is excellent. I have to update my rating because of great customer service. Lexie in sales support made things right, and I have to admit, i was dubious that that would happen. I expected nothing, but was very pleasantly surprised. You know how things break after the warranty expires. But Solplex contacted ME, and asked for another try. After my experience, I really think it is worth giving them another try. Am very happy with my new lights!
