I've tried a few small tripods and most were either too weak or too bulky or not very well built or just not versatile enough for my needs. This is beautifully crafted from aluminum, feels solid, comfortable enough to use as a grip and strong enough to hold a mirrorless camera. A cold-shoe mount on the side is handy for attaching accessories, and the legs snap into three different positions to adjust height and ensure stability. Overall I am very happy with it and it will stay in my bag for a while.
