Review on 🐾 Premium Pet Urn Shadow Box - Elegant and Spacious 9-1/2 by 12-1/2 by 2-1/4-Inch Design by Seema Schroeder

It looked like a great idea for a pet waste bin and is well illustrated but when I received the product the finish was not good very inferior, especially at the price that was charged. The finish was clean and the color matched, but the joints weren't flush and you could see objects through them, not just light. The nails used in the joints were visible and actually bent, as if the person putting them together had missed the mark trying to drive the nail in. The plastic used for the shadow box was glued very carelessly and dripped onto the wood. When applied, it had to be washed off. The piece of wood used to separate and hold the items in the shadow box was covered in a nice fabric and the idea was a good one, but again it wasn't put together with due care and it would have been really pretty. Item if steps were taken to assemble it. The biggest problem with this item was that the bag provided for the ashes was very small (almost a snack sized ziploc): (Please excuse the description but I'm trying to convey a familiar size) . Due to the size, I or my son should have opened and removed his dog's ashes from the urn we received from the vet and placed only a small portion in the bag provided leaving almost all of the ashes in the urn. by a veterinary office with no other storage or disposal option. It would be devastating for him to open up and decide how much bo to put in the box of shadows. The designer has a great idea, but it needs to be tweaked a bit to accommodate larger animals, or at least describe the amount of ash this product can hold so the buyer knows to make other arrangements for the remaining ash in his house must meet animal. In general; the price is too high for the craftsmanship (we would wait longer for better quality, which justifies the price); more attention needs to be paid to the construction; nice idea but needs improvement/or a better product description so buyers have a better idea of the product. The materials were marginal - didn't match the price.
