Modified Comment - Received VCR replacement and works!
A new VCR arrived as promised by the company replacing the one with loose parts inside, the new one works fine. The broken VCR's video/audio cable is still badly worn but works. I deducted a star because the company forgot to send a replacement VCR until I commented and the audio/video cable was in poor condition. But at least the VCR replacement works. Thank you!
