Works best in small appliance parts and accessories

I bought these to line the bottom of my fryer because the teflon keeps chipping. I only use the mesh liner because I really don't know what to do with the rest? The mesh liner seems to do its job of keeping food off the Teflon surface. So far, so good. I use 2 months.
