I have a home in the county on 80 acres and my dog is functionally blind so it is important to know he is not lost. This device works 90% of the time. From time to time he will warn me that my dog suddenly appeared somewhere 10 miles away (while lying next to me) then he corrects himself and says he is back in range. (Is it possible that there is another device in this location with the same passcode connected to the dog?) Other than that, it worked as advertised. Battery life is good and needs to be charged every five days for 24 hour use. The pet's location on the map is accurate relative to my phone.
