The tool has been easy for our team in general, very intuitive with nice layouts of all areas within your property (rooms/suites).

Nothing really - we've not had any issues or complaints from guests so far! Very good product overall but I do wish there was more integration into other systems such as Open House Manager / Salesforce etc., however this may be an issue outside trustyou's control? We're using it solely internally now though without having integrated out further than just internal use only at present time- no plans currently are looking towards wider usage beyond what they offer us right know i'm afraid :(.
