I like how easy it was implemented in our county, however there are not enough customizations available from their end (that can be used or purchased) so you really have very little flexibility when using them as opposed what we had previously with another software vendor(s). Try different things out- You will find something! Good luck finding someone who has knowledge of this platform but also knows about accounting procedures/rules etc because they may know more than one product well if nothing else helps get an implementation going then use whatever everyone tells ya wont work until its too late!! We needed better tracking capabilities & easier reporting abilities across several platforms which other vendors offered through integrations / addons - hence why i think multiple products were compared at first time around before deciding upon final solution provider.- The ease by integrating 3rd party applications such as inmate search systems.
