I think it is easy to use for my small business because sometimes when you have lots of things going at once its hard not just get them done or keep up with everything! Sometimes if i am in meetings etc then forget that emails go through so dont expect an answer straight away especially as im running low on time/ energy too - but overall great service!! Its helping us reach out to potential customers who might be interested our services which other companies cant do due to their size we can expand faster than they could without this tool.- getting more leads and new clients through different channels.
