I'm a fan of kegel exercises that can be worn during daily activities. I have several silicone coated weights that I really like. But variety is the spice of life and I've had an interest in Yoni Eggs for a long time. After looking around I decided to give these a try. as long as i love her They are actually rose quartz and I love the properties of rose quartz. Arrived well packaged with box and box. They have very clear care instructions. I'm not the biggest fan of the included cord (very silky and soft - but I'm concerned about the hygiene with it). I used unwaxed yarn. I started with the biggest - simply because I wanted to try this weight. I know that with things like this it's easier to hold more than less, and easier lighter than heavier. (For real practice, small and heavy is a job!) Anyway - I loved the big egg. He comes in easily and I don't really notice until he's been on his feet for a while and then I can feel that delicious pain building up. As the pain increases, I can feel my muscles contracting more in the workout they're supposed to be doing. Haven't tried the other sizes yet, but looking forward to it.
