This is my second round with this chainring. It is the size of a dinner plate. It's very strong. These cranks are made from 7075t6 aircraft grade aluminum so they are quite strong and very light. If you bend the chainring, there is a chance that the bottom bracket is bent. I've ridden over 12,000 miles on this crank in the last year with no problems. It's better for cadence to keep the RPM low and get the same speed with fewer watts. I can pump out over 850 watts on this ring with no performance issues. So if you're looking for a crank for a caterpillar and don't want to spend $150 to $400, this is the handle for you. Now opening the box I noticed that 2 of the teeth had flat tips which is normal, it's just the tip sharpened on the sides which is good. You won't find a better one among the cheap 60T cranks.
