It breaks due to a cheap, fragile plastic handle. DO NOT BUY!
This is my second phone. The first was a gift from a friend. I really liked it for making pancakes without the mess. HOWEVER the handle broke on both and it did not break in use. I thought the first case was an accident. No, the second one broke in the same place and just lay in the closet and nothing touched it. I think the problem is the fragility of the plastic. There's a piece of metal on the inside of the handle to pull on, and that's gotta be too much for cheap plastic. It's sad because if someone else did it with better material it would be great.
