Review on HACHIKITTY by Ryan Cornelius

I was eager to check out HACHIKITTY's online store for my pet supply requirements, however I was unsatisfied. Their customer service fell short of my expectations, even if their products are fashionable and environmentally friendly. When I contacted their customer service department with a question about one of their goods, they didn't get back to me for several days. When they did, I was disappointed and irritated because their response was not very helpful. Furthermore, the merchandise arrived later than anticipated and their shipment was not as quick as I had wanted. Overall, HACHIKITTY has some excellent things, but I find it difficult to recommend them to others due to their subpar customer service and sluggish shipment. To give their consumers a better experience, I hope they can enhance their customer service in the future.
