Advertised as pumps but my husband says they look so good and are so comfortable to walk in they make excellent casual shoes. They do not slip when walking on wooden floors or dense fabric Berber carpets. The insoles are removable for cleaning or if you want to replace them with something else later. There is also a small tongue on the back of the shoe, which makes it easier to slip on with a high instep. In general, these shoes look great with jeans, and the chunky sole has good cushioning in the heel area. Definitely worth getting par. The company's asking price is certainly a good balance of quality, looks and comfort.
