I had problems with my order and had no problems with the cost. It came in the mail pretty quickly. After reading the instructions, it was only a matter of time before I needed to use it. The day came and when I used it the setup was fine, it seemed like there was nothing wrong with it, but when I used it it didn't work at all, just made a huge mess and managed to damage the inside of the tank . I ended up having to replace the entire tank so I just replaced the entire toilet. Not at all satisfied Once again I've taken the time to read it and make sure I'm using it correctly and found that I'm using it exactly as intended. I even had a friend read the instructions and he agreed that I was using it properly. Don't waste money! Stay on the butt.
