It appears that the cross was 3D printed using the right material. Though ordering a new cross would be preferable, it's a shame because I liked the chair and would have known they wouldn't return it for delivery. It's not entirely obvious why the customer should pay for a subpar item, any way. My recommendation is to refrain from becoming entangled; it is preferable to spend more money on higher-quality items. has been unable to respond to why the client should pay for the delivery of trash for 8 days. However, the money is taken out as planned!
