Better than expected

As I said, for the price I thought the tool would be a typical Wally World tool made from brittle stamped steel, but I was pleasantly surprised. While it's not heavy, it's definitely better than others in the same price range. I'm a locksmith and wanted to make my own out of solid steel, but for the price - I took a chance. I am definitely NOT disappointed! I tested it and it lowered and raised my tire with no issues. I didn't need the wrench part of this kit as I made a special breaker for them. The cleats on my truck weigh 105 ft-lbs, so it takes a bit of effort to loosen them. I'm sure the wrench in this set will work in a pinch. If that's the only wrench you have, you might consider throwing an extra piece of pipe over it for extra leverage. The only negative point I can say (rather annoying) is that the spring locks on the small ball bearings are stiff. and difficult to attach the sections together, but not surprising as they are new. And my fingers aren't as strong as they used to be. With some WD40 and time they will loosen up. I will definitely buy again if needed!

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Not automatic
