I didn't see good quality, solid disadvantages.

If you will only use it with your phone, this headset will suit you.
If you want to use it to communicate via PC (zoom, skype, teamspeak, slack) - better look towards other, normal, headphones.

The support service does not help, nothing but the standard ones - off, on, reset, set up a quick connection. (headphones are connected, but do not work fully)

Problems on both mac and win 10

I did not have time to return these headphones for 1 week, now I am suffering.
Don't get caught.

Pros

If used together with a phone, the sound quality will only please, very deep bass, clear, rich.

Cons

does not work as a headset on a PC. You can either use a microphone but the sound quality will be like that of a voice recorder (disgusting), or you choose to use the laptop's built-in microphone in the sound settings, then normal quality sound will come through the headphones. After 1.5 - 2 hours of work, the music starts to interrupt, stutter, you have to put it in the case and get it back.

Its pros: They hold a charge for a long time, it is convenient to communicate. Got cons: Difficult to control music playback through headphones.

Has some pros Loud. With normal bass. The background sound feature is very helpful. Comfortable touch Ksenia Got cons: You need to get used to putting it in your ear. There are constant touches of sensors at this moment.
