I have a monitor that I use for my work computer and our work computer. There is only one HDMI port on the back of the monitor and I got tired of plugging and unplugging the HDMI cable or just using the laptop's smaller screen. We found this switch and I have to say it was very easy to hook up. - All cables were included to connect to two computers and a monitor. I installed one of my computers and a switch in the keyboard tray on my desk. I like the fact that there is a hotkey to switch between computers. When it says [Control][Control] 1 or 2 I thought it meant press both control keys and a number, but quickly figured out what it actually means press the control key twice and the number of the computer you want (shown on the back of the ). switch when plugged in).
