Poor quality control
Right out of the box, my first unit's finish was badly worn. The scuffs looked like fingerprints at first, but turned out to be abrasions (see my photo for what the scuffs look like. They are in the center and lower left corner). I sent for a replacement and the second one had scratches in exactly the same places as the first, only a lot more severe. I can't vouch for its accuracy as I didn't use either (I ordered a "clicker" type mechanical torque wrench instead), but navigating the menus and features is awkward and confusing. I would recommend staying away from it.
