Works great! Nice durable metal, I put it on the end of the shower hose in front of the shower head. This is for my 98 year old mother so it is much easier for her to turn the spray on and off without having to bend down to turn off the faucets. My only gripe is that there are no washers or maybe some tape to make sure it's airtight. Once attached, it is very easy to turn on and off. I've bought a few different shut-off valves for my own home in the past that were made out of flimsy plastic, were difficult to turn on or off almost without unscrewing the shower hose, and easy to open to leak.
