A liquid manometer is the only way out.
Here in Florida the pressure gauge on the pool filter got clogged from the sun and had to be replaced quite often. These liquid-filled gauges are the only way to get here. They last and the dial always looks new. It seems accurate and very responsive. This fits perfectly with our Hayward 9000 Star cartridge filter.
