I received the lights and there were no instructions, once I turned them on and figured them out, as described they were very bright and did change colors. They did send batteries as stated. My problem was that 2 came damaged and I was going to forgive that but then I realized that the battery's only last up to 70 hours? That means that you will be replacing battery's quite often. As I looked further each light takes 2 battery's. I don't want to take the time or expense of changing batteries. So I have to return the item.
