Mine may have been sent back or got a little dented, but that's okay

I think they returned or hit me. It just doesn't look like new. There are no assembly instructions in the box, but we found out. The wooden part makes no noise when the balls spin and has tiny rollers. I didn't think adult cats would be interested in this thing but my big huge fat Fred who is too lazy to play with anything loves it. I think it's like the bugs he hunts. The scratch and carpet look more premium, and the natural wood base is comfortable to the touch.
