I had to replace the exhaust manifold on the driver's side.
Had to replace driver side exhaust manifold on 98 Explorer Limited AWD 5.0 due to broken flange welds on original. This is an updated exhaust manifold and it fits perfectly. I'm going to buy the passenger side and have it finished as preventative maintenance since the passenger side usually breaks anyway. This item comes with a gasket so you don't need to purchase it separately.
