Potential Compatibility Issues
Tried two spare cables. Each of them fitted perfectly, but the XBox 1 kept giving error messages that the controller was disabled. We got the same result no matter what we did, so we ended up just buying a spare wired controller. I don't know if the Ienza cables were defective or if they're just not compatible with the old Candy controller model replacement.
