The water started to turn yellowish and when I emptied the jug and wiped it off with a paper towel - the towel had a brownish-yellow coating on it - am I drinking that? When I pulled the filter out there was mold in the plastic part that the filter snaps into - the parts came loose when washed but the parts are soft rubber which looks porous and the mold doesn't brush away - as you can see in the picture - that is after i cleaned it - this is my second catfish jar - i had the same problem with the first one - they sent a replacement - when the same problem came up again they said it was too long since i originally bought the jar so they couldn't do anything - I bought a new one - hoping they improved the plastic parts that much and the new jug doesn't have this problem - oh and the little soup in the front broke off on one side almost immediately - I like the look of this jug - but unfortunately the same problem pops up and I'm worried about what I'm putting in my body - which filter jug should I get?
