Good lock. - my new review

Having determined toddlers, this was the answer. Easy for an adult to open one handed, but hard enough for the kids. Durable, hasn't broken despite many attempts by the kids to run out the front door when they shouldn't.

The chain could be snagged on clothing or other objects when opening or closing the door
