Don't give up stainless steel
After using Teflon coated cookware for 16 years I've decided to make the switch to stainless steel. My first attempt at making zucchini potato pancakes ended in failure. I went online and found a You Tube demo on using stainless steel cookware. I did everything wrong. My second attempt was to make french toast. Doesn't matter. The toast was perfect. I suggest that people who have had issues with food sticking to the pan do their own research before arguing that stainless steel is too difficult to cook with. Think of these four words: hot pan, cold oil.
