Great customer report!

I'm having trouble connecting my Playstation 4 to a large monitor. Responded to my problem immediately with questions about my connection and then gave me instructions on how to fix it. I had to connect the unit's USB port to the Playstation controller's power outlet as the Playstation was not providing enough power to run the monitor on VEGA only.
