A lot of work has gone into making the touch sensitive band shatter when bent with a finger on the metal of the motherboard. It has split more on one side but is still intact on both sides (difficult to see in the photos). No instruments were used during this part as the piece is large enough to be manipulated with one finger. The tape was carefully removed from the back and after being pressed against the motherboard it splintered like dry rot. still completely intact even after removing the old screen. The band of the old sensor chip is nice and flexible. The new one doesn't fit. (See video) I probably just got a broken one from seeing how thin and brittle the split area is, but the thought of having to do it AGAIN is daunting. I WANT A REFUND. I will update my review if they send me a second digitizer to install and it doesn't fall apart. But I want a refund for the hours I wasted installing it the first time. I mean, the old cracked screen didn't have touch recognition issues yet, so I'm really worse off now. PLEASE MAKE IT RIGHT AND I WILL UPDATE MY RATING. Many Thanks.
