Very simple construction and easy assembly/height adjustment. The part of the brush is detachable. So if you want to soak it in disinfectant after cleaning, you can do that in the sink. The bristles are ideal for cleaning tiles and grout. With the quality of the metal it seems likely that it will rust over time but for the price this is a perfectly working product that makes deep cleaning a lot easier than rubbing your hands and knees.
