Winegard You should be ashamed of this Winegard ConnecT2.0! I am a systems engineer and after purchasing your device I am fired for lack of internet connection. I've only had it for about 2 months and it keeps restarting. I can click a button to download the logs and your device's EID will completely disappear from my network. I called Winegard Technical Support and after a 47 minute wait they blamed my strength. I hooked up a power meter in series with the power supply and it reads a steady 12.4 volts! Nice try Weingard. The sheer volume of complaints about the unit tells me that there are more serious issues than just my power supply, and if your unit sold in the RV market is that sensitive to current, consider fitting a super cheap power regulator into the unit. It costs you next to nothing and saves you a lot of calls. The technician told me to disassemble the unit on top of the van and check the power supply at the other end of the cable (supplied by Vinegard). Isn't it sold as an easy-to-use device? In addition to randomly rebooting the device, making it impossible to use when it's actually on, it's slower than dirt and expensive. The plans provided by winegard are very expensive and when I used them with my unlimited TMobile sim I found that it advertises itself as a TMobile hotspot which leads to them limiting me to the previously unlimited sim. It's like Winegard WANTS you to pay more for internet in your RV instead of helping you. This is NOT a full-time solution! I wish I had spent that much time installing it, caulking it on my roof and throwing away the box to return the unit. It was an expensive lesson in bad technique. I have no plans to buy another device from them. This one will likely have the printer's downfall in "The Office" or make a good target at the shooting range. This is definitely not a good router.
