The black edges of "notebook" could be made more like paper. It's plastic, isn't it? So why not make the plastic edge paper white and maybe some tabs like paper in a notepad? Aside from the shine of the cover, the look is otherwise so consistent with the standard classic essay book (and I teach English!) that I thought I'd lost it a couple of times, but it was right there on the table in front of me. If a thief saw this in my car, on the seat, under my briefcase, and with other books, he would never have guessed it was worth hundreds of dollars.
