I love how easy it is for people in my church who may not have any technical know-how or experience with computers, can figure out what they should do easily! It has been really helpful as our congregation grows larger - we've never had issues of members forgetting their passwords etc., which was an issue when there were only about 100 families involved 5 years ago!! We wish more things could be automated but this seems like something you would need some help doing initially if your looking at getting set up first time around (which ours did). Make sure everything works before actually using; don't just go into production mode without testing/doing research beforehand because once users start entering data then errors will crop back onto systems quickly unless all tests are done ahead correctly so make use think through each feature fully even though its free. The benefits include ease &amp speedily updating records online from mobile devices / laptops vs having everyone come together physically every month during meetings where updates happen manually via paper forms.
