I bought a basic black and white PWM package of 3 pieces. My main requirement for vibration dampers. They're too thin to be effective (unless you put all the pads on one side of the fan like I did). In fact, these are thick rubber stickers that need to be peeled off with a stick. Not critical, but thicker padding material would make a big difference, even if it was just 1-2mm thicker. I don't know if they match the advertised speed or flow rate, but they sound pretty fast at full speed and they move a lot of air. I placed all 3 fans on the front of the case and at full speed there is so much air being blown out the back that it looks like the case is starting to slide. I placed my small 120mm AIO liquid heatsink on the rear vent and blocked the vent at the top of the case, allowing most of the air in the case to escape through the heatsink and PCIe slots. With the front fans turned off so that a cheap NZXT fan mounted on the heatsink is the only air moving, it feels like a gentle breeze is blowing through the heatsink. With the case closed and the front fans running at full speed, it appears as if a gas-powered blower is forcing air through the radiator. They're not quiet at full speed, but I didn't expect three fans to be moving like that at over 1500 rpm. a lot of air to be calm. All in all they get my recommendation.
