The product seems to charge and work. The seller replaced the defective one.
The first one I bought lasted 10 months and was replaced free of charge. The seller wants buyers to be happy and has done everything in their power to change my mind about their product, even replacing it for free minus tax. While not as good as my original OEM connector, I don't expect it to be $25. My original had a grounding plug. But I plugged it into a power strip with a surge protector and everything seems fine.
