UPDATE: Company helped me resolve issue. I could not get lights connected to Smart Life app. Very, very frustrating. Tried many times over the weekend. One call to company and they resolved it. Now they work great and I love the lights. Both the Smart Life app and Alexa have complete control of the lights and they work flawlessly.They are "cool enough" to make them worthwhile, even if connecting is very frustrating. Now I love them and am very pleased with my purchase.OLD: I am "tech savvy". I run my own business, do all my own IT quite well, and have installed many smart devices. I have repeatedly tried all of the install options in the instructions and on the product page. Nothing! Just lots of frustration and lots of wasted time.Tomorrow I will call the manufacturer and beg for help. But I am pretty sure this will be returned. Next time I will buy smart products made by companies who know how to treat their customers well. This was just painful!
